-Lessons: As you have noticed, the updated Lessons section of iPT is at large for having the best competitors from such MLG teams as Str8 Rippin, Instinct, Triggers Down,Team Classic, and Final Boss. All of these teams have placed in the top 6 and most recently Str8 Rippin won MLG San Diego and Triggers Down won MLG Orlando. These phenomenal players offer a wide variety of lessons varying from individual lessons for 30 minutes and 1 hour, to team lessons with your team of four. Soon to come will be group lessons, you and up to 6 other customers with 1 player for a very discounted rate at 30 minutes and 1 hour as well as "play with a pro" custom games.
-Tournaments: Here at iPT, Tournaments are our main focus. Coming up very soon we will be hosting a free-entry tournament with cash prizes for the finalists. We will eventually have tournaments ranging from community lead tournaments, holiday/seasonal tournaments, leages/ladders, and even Sponsorship tournaments for MLG events. The #1 place to keep updated and to register for the tournaments is on the forums so make sure to register and make yourself known in the community.
-Account Boosting/Leveling: We at iPT value your interest in leveling up your account and we want your customer satisfaction to be absolutely perfect. Currently we have 2 kinds of account boosting, Regular and RUSH. Regular account boosting is done at $16.00 per hour of playing. If for some reason a game is lost, including if we lag out, then that time AS WELL AS the following win will not be counted towards your time. If you have over 600 exp then it is $18.00 per hour of playing. Regular account boosting is guarenteed in 3-5 days of account recovery. RUSH boosting works the same way as regular boosting. The only difference is a slight increase in price with immediate satisfaction. The cost for RUSH boosting is $20.00 per hour of playing and $22.00 if over 600 exp. With RUSH boosting, once payment is confirmed, we recover your account and immediately start playing on it. We GUARENTEE 1 day service on any RUSH accounts. -Video Editing: Editing is another huge aspect of the iPTourneys community. We plan on gaining the largest population of montages and halo-based videos out there. We offer many different varietys of video editing for purchase, as can be seen on the Editing section of the site, as well as iPT videos, to be hosted on our homepage. Forum Moderators - Someone to be able to regularly check the forums, monitor user posts/content, administer warnings, organize forum related content.
Tournament Referees - People who will be sitting in games/pre-game lobbys reporting current scores and updates on important matches in our tournaments.
Tournament Referees must fulfill the following requirements.
Must be able to work well with other staff and be able to keep accurate records to report to the tourney staff
Will be responsible for making sure all players are present and all players follow the rules
Must be able to sit in game lobbys or in games for long periods of time
Tournament Staff - People who oversee the Referees and report directly to the Tournament Admin or Website Admin.
Tournament Staff must fulfill the following requirements.
Setting up and running successful tourneys
Able to follow iPT guidelines for running tourneys
Must be a team leader and able to run 3 to 8 refs at a time
Must be able to work as a team with the tourney admin and refs
Will be responsible for coming up with new ideas for tourneys, making sure tourneys run smoothly by keeping in contact with the refs, keep accurate records of tourneys-players-score-etc., will also be responsible for any problems that arrive that the refs escalate to them.
Tournament Admin - 1 person who oversees all Staff and Referees and works directly with Website Admins to ensure the tournaments run smoothly.
The Tourney Admin has to fulfill the following requirements.
Must have previous tourney experience
Must be able to oversee 10 to 30 people min
Will be responsible for posting tourney results on iPT, approving all tourneys that the tourney staff think of, setting appropriate dates and times for tourneys
Must be a good problem solver and able to handle serveal problems that arise from tourneys that refs or staff can not solve
will be working direct with site admins and therefore will be responsible for expanding and growing our tourneys, keeping refs and tourney staff up to date on all site info, rules, tourneys, etc
Well be responsible for working with tourney staff to create new and unique tourneys
Editor - Anyone skilled with photoshop or the creation of artwork, signatures, designing of logos, etc.
Photographer - Someone to photograph and record/arrange all materials from differnt lan tournaments, MLG events, etc.
Advertisements - Many people are required for this position in order to help our community grow. Anyone interested in advertisement must fulfill the following requirements.
Must be able to represent iPT in a professional mannor
Must advertise in appropriate manors(i.e.-make sure you have permission from the place your advertising before you do it)
Will be responsible for spreading the word about iPT, Tourneys, and any other special events or services that we have
Must contact site admins before agreeing to any affiliations, sponsorships,
etc.
We will provide sigs,flyers,etc to help assist you in advertising
Writer - Anyone interested in a staff writer position would write articles pertaining to updates or releases in our community such as tournaments, new instructors, new video productions, etc.
**Some positions do involve/take place at an MLG event. Those positions may be fully covered in the future however for the 2008 season (minimum) they will not be. Anyone interested in those positions should take that into consideration.**
